Come join us Saturdays at 11 AM at CrossFit Mesa for a woman self-defense class. 5950 East Brown Rd. in Mesa on Brown and Recker. Great real life scenarios and techniques taught that just might save your life. Class is $10 every Saturday at 11 AM.
