New Classes at Crossfit Mesa!
Starting Tuesday, March 25th, I will be running MMA classes out at Crossfit Mesa on Brown and Recker. Really cool location. Class times will run Tuesdays/Thursdays 7-8 PM. First week of classes is FREE if you say Spartan Nation at the door. We will be covering a variety of combat sports and topics including boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, grappling, jui-jitsu, Muay Thai, and Self-Defense. Come out and try a class at our big Spartan Nation Grand Opening! See ya there!
